01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7777ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein. By accessing 7777ph through any device or browser, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

7777ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility — including but not limited to providing a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

03Account Registration

To access the full range of 7777ph services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 7777ph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 7777ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 7777ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify 7777ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Verification (KYC): 7777ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7777ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Maya (PayMaya) — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Prohibited Payment Methods: 7777ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

Deposit Terms: Deposits are credited to your 7777ph account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 7777ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Terms: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 7777ph aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 7777ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification. 7777ph reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts per transaction or per day in accordance with its internal risk management policies.

05Bonuses & Promotions

7777ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be used first in any wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• 7777ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 7777ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by 7777ph staff or any external party.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7777ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

7777ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform.

08Responsible Gaming

7777ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7777ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

7777ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7777ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7777ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11Privacy & Data

7777ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using 7777ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Amendments to These Terms

7777ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7777ph will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 7777ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 7777ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to 7777ph support and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
